Membership Application...

 

We ask that you fill out a membership application so that we can verify
you are a graduate of an FBI Citizens' Academy.  This aspect of the membership process will be handled by the SF FBI.


The SF FBI Citizens' Academy accepts members who have graduated from any FBI Division Citizens' Academy class and who are now living in the SF Bay region.

If your company or security system blocks Google Documents or cannot use the
on-line form just send us an email.  Please include:
Name
 Citizens' Academy Class you attended
Email & Phone
Organization and Position
Address
Brief summary of your background and interests

DUES

The San Francisco FBI Citizens' Academy Alumni Association Board of Directors has set dues at $25 per year.  Payment is due when your application is submitted.
